No, we are exclusively online.

We have created a size guide that will help you determine your recommended size.
Please note the cut is quite small, so for a looser fit we recommend you size up.


How can I pay for my order?


We accept credit card and debit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through Shopstar Pay which is integrated into our site.


What is your shipping policy?


We courier nationwide within South Africa.
We charge a flat rate of R9

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over R600.
Door to door delivery, estimated at 1-5 working days (depending on area).
Orders placed on a Friday or weekend could result in delayed delivery. This is unfortunately out of our control.


How do I track my order?


The Courier Guy is our delivery partner.
When booking your order for dispatch we provide The Courier Guy with your email address.
This will be used to send you updates throughout the delivery process.


What is your policy on returns, exchanges and refunds?

Regarding returns, you will be credited with the Rand amount of the returned item, less the shipping cost that will be incurred to return the item, in the form of a Mellow voucher. Shipping for the return is calculated at R95 one way. (Please note: No returns/credit will be made on the initial shipping costs)

As a small business we unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this stage.

If you are returning a good as a result of it being defective, damaged or if the good supplied is not the same good as what was ordered this needs to be communicated to us within 24 hours of accepting delivery. If this is the case you will not be charged the shipping cost that will be incurred to return the item.

info@mellowclothing.co.za to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your goods. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any subsequent returns requested will be voided.

Please note should the returned item be worn, the return/ is voided.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
