What is your policy on returns, exchanges and refunds?
Regarding returns, you will be credited with the Rand amount of the returned item, less the shipping cost that will be incurred to return the item, in the form of a Mellow voucher. Shipping for the return is calculated at R95 one way. (Please note: No returns/credit will be made on the initial shipping costs)
As a small business we unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this stage.
If you are returning a good as a result of it being defective, damaged or if the good supplied is not the same good as what was ordered this needs to be communicated to us within 24 hours of accepting delivery. If this is the case you will not be charged the shipping cost that will be incurred to return the item.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your goods. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any subsequent returns requested will be voided.
Please note should the returned item be worn, the return/ is voided.
